Engineering scope
PALLC defines and integrates the equipment, simulators, constructive models and participant roles needed for an event. Mission objectives establish the information exchanges, timing constraints, test conditions and assessment measures.
We use a DEVS engine and closure under coupling to compose model behavior. Interface definitions, event ordering and time synchronization connect the components; integration tests examine latency, network performance and failure behavior for the configured environment.
Exercise preparation connects scenario phases, timed injects and participant responses to controller and evaluator activities. Retained decision histories support replay and after-action review without changing the commitments made during the event.
