Public browsing & email
PALLC does not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Public browsing does not require an account. The contact form sends the name, email address, organization, area of interest and message you submit to PALLC. You can also email PALLC directly. Inquiries and the contact details you supply are processed to respond and discuss potential work. Website and email service providers process submitted messages for delivery; your email service also processes messages you send directly.
Website activity
PALLC records limited first-party website activity for internal business reporting: public page loads, demo requests and playback start/end, diagram selections and email-link clicks, together with a coarse campaign/source category and UTC date. A fresh random identifier is generated for each page load and retained with its event records to avoid counting the same action twice. It is not stored in your browser after that page closes. No analytics cookie, persistent visitor identifier, fingerprint, full browsing URL or email content is stored in these activity records. These counts do not identify individual visitors. No activity is collected from private review or owner pages, or when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. No LinkedIn Insight Tag or third-party analytics collector is installed. Reports require owner authentication; the hosting provider processes stored data. Activity and associated reporting records outside the most recent 90 UTC calendar days are removed when activity collection or the owner report next performs cleanup; records may remain longer if neither occurs. This does not set provider log or backup retention.
Video delivery
When you play a demonstration, Bunny.net delivers its video through a content delivery network. Bunny.net receives the connection information needed to serve the video, including your IP address and browser request details. PALLC uses the browser’s video player without an embedded advertising player.
Optional private review
If you submit website feedback, the review area stores the name or initials you choose to provide, selected website section, comment, submission time, draft version, receipt reference and a session reference. These records support review of the website and responses to feedback. The review inbox requires owner credentials; other reviewers cannot read it.
Essential cookies & security records
The hosting edge may set essential bot-protection cookies during public browsing. These are separate from PALLC’s login cookies. A login-protection cookie lasts up to 15 minutes; an authenticated session cookie lasts up to eight hours. Authentication and abuse-prevention records include session references, access roles, expiry times, request counts and an identifier derived from the requesting IP address. They support access control and request limits. Signing out revokes the session; it does not delete previously submitted feedback.
Service providers & access
The website and review database are hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and email providers process information to operate and secure their services. Hosting systems may process connection and request information, such as IP addresses and browser details. Owner-only access describes the website’s inbox permissions; it does not mean that provider personnel or systems can never process stored information. These services are not represented as end-to-end encrypted or approved for restricted project data.
Retention
The review system removes comments older than 90 days when cleanup next runs after a successful private-area sign-in or owner-inbox visit. Records may remain longer if no cleanup occurs. Expired authentication and request-limit records are also removed during that cleanup. This process does not establish a deletion period for email, provider logs or backups.
